As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused office location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify issues for reporting.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol observations, and/or daily activity while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
