As a Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol Services in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working as part of a collaborative team. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate support when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and maintenance or security-related concerns through accurate reports and daily activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
