As a Security Officer Patrol Response Officer in Brook Park, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry permissions according to site procedures, while documenting visitor activity and reporting issues as needed.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with incident documentation, daily reports, and/or other assigned security-related duties for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
