Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with excellent customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time / EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and/or receiving zones, noting conditions that could require follow-up.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access when required, and help to deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by observing site activity, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and assisting visitors, staff, and/or vendors with directions and general information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
