As a Security Officer Information Desk in Dayton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor visitor access at the front desk, verify identification and/or credentials, and maintain entry logs in accordance with site policies.
• Answer phones, greet employees, patients, vendors, and visitors, and communicate directions, policies, and security-related information in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a healthcare location by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining awareness of lobby activity, and documenting security-related events and/or concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
