Your responsibilities include monitoring and communicating with field teams, coordinating responses, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the commercial real estate location.
• Receive, document, and prioritize incoming calls for service, providing clear and accurate information to security-related teams.
• Assist in tracking and logging security-related activities, incidents, and/or requests for service in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Provide customer service by communicating with tenants, visitors, and/or employees regarding security-related concerns or incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with patrolling personnel and relaying relevant information as needed.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
