As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter of the commercial real estate location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout assigned areas to help to deter potential security-related issues.
• Communicate with site management and Allied Universal regarding incidents, concerns, and/or observations related to the property.
• Assist visitors and tenants with directions and information while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
