As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or other security-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and other site activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
