As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the financial services sector, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Carry out armed security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal management.
• Provide customer service to individuals at the financial institution location, addressing inquiries and assisting with access as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institutions.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related incidents or hazards to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as appropriate.
• Assist with access control, verifying identification and authorization of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
• Participate in emergency response activities, such as evacuations or lockdowns, when appropriate and as directed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
