Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location where your visible presence and routine patrols help identify and report security-related concerns. You will conduct patrols on foot and by vehicle, complete detailed reports, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and site contacts while delivering customer service with integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access issues.
• Monitor access points and respond to alarms, door alerts, and other notifications; verify credentials and direct visitors according to location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact site leadership and/or emergency services as needed and assist with scene control until relieved.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate significant updates during post transitions, and support additional security-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
