Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, managing communications, and supporting security-related activities at a financial institution location. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, and routine requests to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, telephones, and other security-related systems, documenting activity and sharing timely updates with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support clear communication and continuity of operations during routine events and critical situations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to operate a Segway or T3 is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
