As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Concierge in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic healthcare location as an unarmed officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support orderly entry and exit processes while following site instructions and security-related protocols.
• Assist with de-escalation support and report potential concerns involving patients, visitors, staff, and/or property in accordance with location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
