As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Pineville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, conduct routine patrols, and support alarm response. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign-in activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the building perimeter, parking areas, and designated operational spaces, with attention to varying working conditions.
• Document daily activity, access-related events, and unusual observations in required reports, logs, and/or electronic systems according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
