Job Description
Administrative Support / Administrative Assistant
Pay: Starting at $18.25 /hour Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay
Position Summary
The Administrative Support / Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth event operations by assisting with employee check-in and check-out, maintaining accurate records, distributing equipment, and providing administrative support to the Event Administration team. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee check-in and check-out processes.
- Verify employee uniforms, credentials, and required documentation.
- Record attendance, staffing information, and timekeeping accurately.
- Assist with distributing and collecting radios, flashlights, and other assigned equipment.
- Maintain crew sheets, equipment logs, and administrative records.
- Distribute event information sheets and other required materials to staff.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee counts and reporting information to the Administrative Supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment is returned at the conclusion of each event.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional check-in area.
- Provide administrative support to Supervisors, Event Management, Scheduling, and Logistics as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service while assisting employees and visitors.
Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 3 months of employment with the company (preferred).

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Guard Card (preferred or required, based on assignment).
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including office and event locations.
- May be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Requires standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, speaking, listening, and observing throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds of equipment or supplies.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening, where permitted by law.
