Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and property by enforcing rules and regulations.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain oversight of the premises.
- Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring immediate assistance during medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
- Conduct loss prevention measures to minimize theft and damage within the facility.
- Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and equipment operation, particularly CCTV systems.
