Senior Project Scheduler (Primavera P6 – Data Center / Industrial Projects)
Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

ASAP is hiring on behalf of our client – a Confidential High-Tech (Industrial Sector) organization – for an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support a large-scale, high-profile construction project.
This role is ideal for a scheduling professional with deep expertise in Primavera P6, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and experience supporting data center, industrial, or large commercial infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6
- Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and define scheduling standards
- Analyze critical path, float, and schedule risk
- Identify and track major milestones, long lead items, and key approvals
- Perform progress analysis, schedule updates, and forecasting
- Conduct delay analysis and develop recovery/mitigation plans
- Support earned value management (EVM) reporting and cost/schedule integration
- Review and analyze contractor schedules and delay claims
- Prepare as-built schedules and lessons learned reports
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure schedule alignment
- Support risk workshops, value engineering efforts, and planning sessions
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior scheduling staff
Required Qualifications
- Primavera P6 expertise REQUIRED
- Experience on Data Center, Industrial, or Commercial Infrastructure projects REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of:
- CPM scheduling principles and analysis
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Schedule delay analysis and recovery planning
- Minimum 10 years of project scheduling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects
- Certifications such as AACE, PMI (PMP/SP), or CMAA
- Experience reviewing and analyzing contractor-prepared schedules and claims
Work Environment
- Onsite role – 5 days per week

Pay: $67.31 - $91.35 per hour
