Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager to support technology initiatives within a hybrid work environment. This role requires hands‑on, practical experience managing IT projects, coordinating with IT stakeholders, and driving delivery using established project management practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, experience working with Microsoft tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute IT projects across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities including scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Partner closely with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations
- Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues
- Apply Agile methodologies where appropriate to support efficient delivery
- Utilize Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 tools for project planning, tracking, and collaboration
- Ensure documentation, communication, and project artifacts are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of practical experience as an IT Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects (PMP certification not required)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Project (3–5 years in an IT PM environment)
- Experience working directly with IT stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
