Manufacturing Engineer
Allied Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help streamline manufacturing processes by applying Lean and data-driven methodologies, supporting equipment and product launches, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and waste reduction. A day in the life:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
The wish list:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Proficient in CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and process improvement.
