Lead Full Stack Java Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Engineer to support enterprise-scale application initiatives for our client. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping shape modern engineering practices, architecture decisions, and high-quality delivery across multiple platforms and services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications and services.
- Lead technical discussions, provide guidance to engineers, and support solution planning.
- Implement best practices in code quality, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure development.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components.
- Support automated testing and ensure high standards for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify system improvements, and contribute to architectural evolution.
- Stay current with new technologies and share knowledge within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical lead role.
- 7 years of hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks.
- Experience designing and supporting distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and agile development processes.
- Experience across both front-end and back-end development is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Preferred: certifications in Azure DevOps or integration platforms.
Salary : $60 - $80
