Electromechanical Technician
We are seeking skilled Electromechanical Technicians to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs and other electrical and mechanical systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability across production operations.
You’ll be hands-on with high-performance equipment, automation systems, and electrical infrastructure, supporting a facility that values safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems and control circuits
- Design and assemble control cabinets with user interfaces
- Analyze existing machinery for automation improvements
- Troubleshoot, specify, and program motor drives and plant switchgear
- Maintain logs on barrel/screw inventory, changes, and performance
- Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical diagnostics and repairs
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training
- 3 years of practical electronics experience
- Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and repair
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, drives, and automation controls
