Commissioning Manager
We're seeking a Commissioning Manager to support startup and commissioning efforts on a substation project. Candidates should have experience with isolation procedures, relay testing, and Schweitzer (SEL) relays and test sets. Additionally, familiarity with electrical commissioning of substations and utility-scale projects is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead all commissioning activities: pre-commissioning, construction testing, energization, and close-out.
• Review wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot protection/control systems, resolve wiring and setting errors, identify equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in kickoff, planning, and progress meetings.
• Maintain detailed reporting on testing, issues, and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing site-specific plans and risk assessments.
• Verify all commissioning steps and testing are completed and documented.
• Develop and approve test reports across various equipment types.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in substation testing/commissioning or similar complex commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, one-lines, and interconnection drawings.
• Familiarity with AC/DC schematics, relay logic, and protection systems.
• Testing experience with platforms such as Doble Protection Suite, ProTest, SEL AcSELerator, or Enoserv RTS is highly preferred.
