IR/Vibration Analyst

As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening equipment reliability and performance for Allied Reliability’s clients. You’ll conduct condition monitoring activities, prepare clear and actionable technical reports, and serve as a trusted expert in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. In this role, you’ll own specific areas of the plant or site, using data-driven insights to support continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• Completion of an Apprentice Development Program accepted in lieu of formal education
• 2 years of hands-on condition monitoring experience
• Infrared Thermography Certification (ISO Category II or Category 2) — required
• Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category II or equivalent) — required
• Advanced Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) training preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical or electrical exposure
• Solid understanding of predictive maintenance technologies and advanced data acquisition methods
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in computer-based tools and data systems
• Ability to work independently while serving as a go-to technical resource for team members and clients
• Commitment to mentoring and sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability
