- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to independently research and resolve accounting issues.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP-based accounting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines.
Duties
- Lead key month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Analyze financial activity, investigate variances and unusual transactions, and translate findings into accurate accounting adjustments.
- Own statutory financial reporting through an Epicor-based reporting environment, ensuring financial statements and supporting reports are accurate and reconciled.
- Support monthly consolidation and GAAP-to-IFRS reporting, including intercompany activity, adjustment schedules, and quarterly reporting packages.
- Partner with Finance leadership, auditors, and operational teams on reporting, controls, process improvements, and special accounting projects.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
