Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects by defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, and use cases
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and leadership while providing regular status reporting and executive updates
- Proven experience leading application modernization or enterprise technology initiatives across business process, web-based, or reporting environments
- Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, UML/process flows, use cases, and feasibility assessments
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, work breakdown structures, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
