Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails—solve problems and close sales.
- Proactively follow up with customers for renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Make outbound calls (about 30%) to reconnect with prior and potential clients.
- Partner with account managers to ensure an amazing customer experience.
- 1 year of customer service, sales, or related experience as well as tech industry experience
- Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable style.
- A self-starter who’s hungry to learn and motivated to achieve goals.
- Comfortable working on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Salary : $19 - $21
