Required Skills

• 2 years of sales, staffing, or account management experience
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn)

• Experience selling into K-12 school districts
• Background in staffing or workforce solutions

Preferred Education And Experience
