Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paramedic at our clinic in Lebanon, IN. The selected candidate will provide prompt and high-quality medical care, including responding to workplace injuries and emergencies. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, providing appropriate treatments, maintaining accurate documentation of care, and collaborating with healthcare staff to facilitate patient recovery. This role also involves assisting with maintaining medical equipment and ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
Schedule
We’re hiring multiple paramedics to cover a 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift, 7 days a week (Monday–Sunday). Specific days assigned based on availability and team scheduling. Includes weekend rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to assess and provide prompt medical interventions, including first aid, CPR, and handling emergencies
- Proficiency in patient care documentation and communication
- Understanding of safety protocols, medical equipment maintenance, and infection control practices
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure cohesive operations within a healthcare team
- Certified Paramedic with current state license (Indiana) and BLS/CPR certifications
- Strong ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies in a professional setting
- Experience in occupational health or workplace injury management is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
