Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Paramedic role based in Lebanon, IN. The Paramedic will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, including triage, primary assessment, stabilizing, and managing workplace injuries. Responsibilities include conducting health screenings, maintaining medical equipment, educating employees about workplace safety, and assisting physicians in clinical procedures and patient care. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely and effective care while supporting the overall health and safety of the workplace.
Schedule
We’re hiring multiple paramedics to cover a 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM shift, 7 days a week (Monday–Sunday). Specific days assigned based on availability and team scheduling. Includes weekend rotation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in emergency medical care, including triage, assessment, and stabilization
- Knowledge and experience in administering first aid and preventative care
- Capability to educate employees on workplace health and safety measures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with patients, physicians, and employers
- Experience with maintaining medical equipment to ensure reliability and functionality
- Current Paramedic certification and licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Experience in occupational healthcare or workplace safety is a plus but not mandatory
