THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Mill Holder Supervisor
ROLE: Setup & Run Spiral Flutes on Standard Product. Locate Flats on Universal Product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make changes to Macro variables in program.
- Setup and Mill parts to print Dimensions.
- Inspect parts for Quality.
- Run production.
- RCA’s: set-up, run, drill/tap..
- Observe and report any areas that need addressed.
- Associate shall maintain the appropriate tool kit per the "Associate Tool Policy".
Education
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Experience
- Working knowledge in the manufacture of holders.
- Previous experience in milling of Chip Grooves.
- Experience in the use of Calipers and scale.
Skills
- Good organizational and planning skills.
Minimum requirements
- Ability to lift 32 lbs.
- On feet for 8-12 hrs.
- Ability to read Indictors
- Ability for follow schedules
