Primary Objectives of Position:
- Maintain office efficiency in a professional orientated manner
- Help achieve the cooperative’s missions and goals
- Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Handling all communications involving customers, inquiries, and orders
- Greet customers with friendly and courteous manner
- Be knowledgeable about the functions of all departments to properly route calls
- Service writing
- Handle correspondence, filing, and miscellaneous clerical work as assigned
- All other duties as assigned.
