With a rapidly growing portfolio of community-focused initiativesâincluding MRD Learning Centers, MRD Healthcare (Allied &Alpha), MRD Property (Veterans Investment Properties), and MRD VA & Consulting Servicesâweâre seeking a Community Services Business Partner to join our leadership team.
This strategic role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of community development, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Youâll blend strategy, project execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaborationâensuring our services meet real community needs, sustainably and effectively.
đ What Youâll Do:
Align Strategic Goals with operational needs across childcare, healthcare, and housing and vehicle rental/ownership programs
Drive program growth and sustainability using data, financial insights, and business analysis
Lead community partnerships and represent M&R Doyle Holdings with government and nonprofit stakeholders
Guide projects and change initiatives from planning to execution
Partner with HR on talent development and performance strategies
Monitor financial and compliance metrics to ensure long-term impact and stability
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across service lines
đ§ What You Bring:
5 yearsâ experience in strategic planning, community services, or nonprofit operations
Strong knowledge of at least two key sectors: childcare, healthcare/IDD community support, or affordable housing
Ability to analyze data, manage projects, and influence diverse stakeholders
Bachelorâs degree in Public Admin, Social Work, Urban Planning, or Business (Masterâs preferred)
Passion for building equitable, empowering communities
