Job Summary
Allied In-Home Care is seeking a dependable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure quality care coverage for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for client services
- Fill open shifts and manage last-minute schedule changes or call-offs
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Assist with onboarding schedules and new client admissions
- Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately and in compliance with company standards
- Provide professional customer service to clients and employees
- Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous scheduling or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent phone, communication, and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in home care or healthcare staffing is a plus
