Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging long-form content including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurture sequences
- Understand existing marketing content and tailoring it for diverse industries and sectors
- Research and capture trends in the market that impact the services offered by alliantgroup.
- Work with SMEs in the US to identify and understand content scope
- Transform complex tax, digital, and consulting concepts into compelling business narratives
- Manage content calendar and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
- Understand and implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and performance
- Monitor content metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Demonstrate agility in adapting content strategies and priorities to address emerging business needs and market dynamics
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications
- Bachelor's degree required in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing content writing is preferred
- Demonstrated success in B2B content creation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, self-motivated, competitive, and highly professional
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
- Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, generative AI tools, (experience with – Salesforce, Pardot, is a plus)
