Product Manager Role
The Product Manager drives market research, product positioning, pricing strategy, and commercial success for our innovative reinforcement fibers and powders in construction and composite industries.
This role is highly customer-focused and requires agility, curiosity, and strategic thinking. You'll lead market-driven initiatives, validate product-market fit, and develop comprehensive offers that deliver compelling value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Conduct customer interviews and prototype testing to validate insights and product-market fit.
- Develop comprehensive offers that integrate products, related services, customer support, and complementary elements to address customer needs fully.
- Continuously refine offer elements based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Develop compelling value propositions and clear, differentiated messaging for diverse market segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine positioning strategies based on customer feedback.
- Establish and test pricing strategies based on customer value and market dynamics.
- Partner with marketing to create impactful strategies and materials aligned with product positioning.
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams.
- Quickly adapt strategies based on data, market shifts, or customer insights.
Requirements
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or related fields preferred.
Required Experience
- 7 years of experience in product management, market research, or product marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, lean startup, design thinking, or human-centered design.
- Strong skills in market analysis, pricing strategies, customer discovery, and comprehensive offer development.
- Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful but not required.

Salary Range
This position has an annualized market-based salary range: $110,000-$130,000. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
