Northrop Grumman is looking for a Manufacturing Technician 1 to support our Team. The selected candidate will report to the appropriate Value Stream Manager, to support key production programs. This position will be on-site at the Miramar San Diego site.
Responsibilities:
• Support the assembly of various composite and metallic components
• Read and comprehend Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications
• Follow both written and verbal directions
• Good time management and a team player.
Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 1:
• High School diploma or equivalent and zero years of experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal directions
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Produces and able to learn how to operate various software systems(Costpoint CP and MES)
Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 1:
• Mechanically inclinedFamiliar with composite and metallic details
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
