Learning & Development Partner

AllianceHCM is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to help build and scale the learning infrastructure that supports our people, processes, and growth.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—designing impactful learning programs while actively creating content, facilitating training, and reinforcing skills that drive real, measurable performance.
What you’ll do:
• Build and deliver onboarding, payroll, system, and leadership training
• Create clear, practical learning tools (job aids, SOPs, process maps)
• Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions
• Partner with Operations to standardize and improve workflows
• Design scalable learning programs, certifications, and career paths
• Track learning effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
What we’re looking for:
• 5 years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or similar roles
• Experience in SaaS, payroll, or HR tech environments
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program execution skills
• Ability to connect learning to performance and business results
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required in Learning & Development, Education or Adult Learning, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Advanced degree or certifications in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Human Resources are a plus
