Application Support Analyst | AllianceHCM
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting, and data management across the AllianceHCM platform.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated client issues and manage requests through Salesforce
- Troubleshoot system questions and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client case tickets are completed
- Verify data accuracy during implementation prior to first live payroll
- Communicate professionally by phone and email
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods
Qualifications
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Degree in Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, GL, SQL, or report writing is helpful
