Job Title: Picker/Packer & Sit-Down Forklift Operator – E-commerce Warehouse Associate
Location: Batavia, IL
Job Summary:
Our client in Batavia, IL is looking for dependable and hardworking Picker/Packers with sit-down forklift experience to join the team. This position involves picking and packing customer orders, operating a sit-down forklift to move inventory and pallets, and helping maintain an efficient warehouse operation in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
- Pack and label customer orders for shipment
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks and organize stock in designated locations
- Inspect products and shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
