Alliance Technical Group is offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in Procurement remotely. You will be assigned tasks or projects of complete new hire and tenure orders. Enter purchase requisitions into Coupa based on submitted requests, review requisitions for completeness (required fields, correct vendor, pricing, and descriptions), route requisitions for approval and follow up on pending approvals as needed and maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of requests. This opportunity will be paying $15/hr to $18/hr.
Describe the intern's first assigned task or project:
Complete new hire and tenure orders. This will be on ongoing daily, and monthly task.

- Common issues encountered during data entry (missing information, incorrect details, etc.).
- Suggestions for improving request submission quality (based on recurring issues)
Overall contribution to reducing backlog and improving processing speed.
