Several Positions Available in Various Departments!!!
Multi-Client Packers -
A Packer is responsible for preparing items for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed and labeled correctly. Since this is a muti-client environment, packouts will change. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of a company's shipping operations. Packers must be detail-oriented, able to handle physical tasks, and have a proven record of meeting packing targets. They are expected to lift and move packages up to a certain weight and ensure product is packaged efficiently and labeled for the correct destination. Packers also need to maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety regulations.
Multi-Client Pickers -
A picker will accurately select items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the correct quantities and products are chosen to fulfill requests. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies, restocking items, and ensuring all products are stored in designated locations. Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers, minimizing returns and complaints. Operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders, ensuring real-time updates and accuracy in the picking process. Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate and execute the picking process efficiently.
Multi-Client Returns Processor -
The role of a Multi Client Returns Specialist involves managing the return, exchange, and warranty process for multiple clients. This position is critical in ensuring that all returns are handled in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines. The essential functions include:
- Coordinating and processing returns across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
- Evaluating return eligibility based on product condition, installation status, and warranty coverage.
- Documenting return reasons, serial numbers, and inspection results in the POS system.
- Collaborating with the Warehouse and Inventory Control teams to ensure proper handling, restocking, or disposal of returned items.
