What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Members – Multiple Openings | Multiple Shifts Available position at Ralph S. Alberts Company, Inc.?
The Ralph S. Alberts Company is hiring Production Team Members, Manufacturing Associates, and General Laborers for our FRP (fiberglass) and Foam Molding departments. We have multiple openings on 1st and 3rd shift.
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing / production environment where you’ll build custom products used in medical, industrial, and amusement industries.
Key Responsibilities (Production / Manufacturing / General Labor)
- Mold, assemble, trim, and finish fiberglass (FRP) and foam products
- Work with resins, foam systems, molds, and coatings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
- Perform measuring, cutting, and basic math calculations
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing workspace
- Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, general labor, construction, fiberglass, or composites preferred (not required)
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules
Shifts (Multiple Openings)
We are actively hiring for multiple schedules:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Includes a 15% shift differential, Training will take place on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks.
