Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Type: Direct Hire - OPEN TO CURRENT NC RESIDENTS ONLY!
Work Location: Remote (candidates must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel to Morrisville, NC office for occasional onsite team meetings as needed)
Required Skills & Experience
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $91,884 - $112,152 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- 2 years of experience in SharePoint Online development utilizing workflow automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
- Familiarity with SharePoint On-Premises Server environments
- Well-versed in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong requirements-gathering skills and experience working with project management tools
- Ability to develop technical and end-user documentation
- Experience providing end-user support, training, and troubleshooting
- SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) development and administration
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
- SharePoint site customization, lists, libraries, workflows, and intranet solutions
- Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow
- SharePoint migrations from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online
- SQL and data integrations
- Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience integrating Microsoft products such as Teams, Viva, Planner, and Power BI into SharePoint environments
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
