Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Office Staff member to join our growing practice at our East Lansing and Mason locations!
Responsibilities include:
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones and routing messages to nursing staff
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Collecting copays and providing general clerical support
Schedule & Location:
- Full time: Monday–Friday
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Work locations include East Lansing and Mason (rotation may be required)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service skills
- Medical office experience preferred but not required
