Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate administrative and front-office staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Serve as a liaison between medical providers and administrative personnel to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and patient care.
