Position Overview:
H&B Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing post-acute care team in Yorktown, Hampton, Norfolk, and Richmond, Virginia. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Virginia
Prior hospital or post-acute care experience preferred

Additional Details:
All new graduates receive extensive orientation, education, and supervision.
Compensation is productivity-based: For candidates with over one year of experience, 35% is temporarily retained to cover administrative costs, medical liability insurance (plus tail coverage), and billing expenses, while 65% of all collections go to the provider. This averages $40 per encounter, though it varies based on billing level.
After the first three months of employment, candidates may have the option to transition to a full-time salaried position, which includes 2 weeks of paid vacation, medical insurance, stipend, and retirement savings.
