Compensation: $145,000-$175,000/year
Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or as-needed
Position Overview
Alliance Medical Team is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing post-acute care team in Hampton, Yorktown and Newport News in Virginia. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: $145,000 base salary plus up $175,000
- Flexible scheduling options 2 to 5 days/week (Full-time, Part-time, or PRN)

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia
- Prior hospital or post-acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
