Aardvark Communications & Security is looking for a highly motivated, customer focused, and skilled Sales Representative to join our team!
The Sales Rep is responsible for selling diverse products and technical hardware to both commercial and residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and optimize sales programs across commercial and residential markets to drive revenue growth and maximize profitable opportunities.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, advancing opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, technical requirements, timelines, and buying criteria.
- Present tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing to prospective customers, emphasizing value, ROI, and technical fit.
- Work closely with the Aardvark installation team to ensure effective completion with a positive customer experience.
- Interact with all team members, from executives to installers, to assist with problem solving and situations that require conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in commercial and/or residential environments.
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications and/or security field experience preferred
- Working knowledge of networking, telephone systems, intrusion alarm systems, access control, cameras and fire alarms preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
