Hi-Vac is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Global Sales to lead our global sales organization. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and building a high-performing sales team aligned with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Establish and manage compensation, training, and incentive programs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; expand global customer base
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Report sales performance and forecasts monthly and quarterly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial sales leadership
- Proven ability to scale sales organizations and drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to travel extensively and work in industrial environments
