Pay: $40–$55 per hour

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, based on availability

Location: Fitchburg, MA, and approved surrounding service areas

Work Setting: Home Health – Travel to patient homes required

Alliance Homecare VNA provides home health services to patients who need skilled care and support in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and help deliver quality patient-centered care.

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluate health conditions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and applicable clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers about health conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Follow infection-control procedures, patient privacy requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Relevant nursing experience preferred; home health experience is an advantage.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the healthcare team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned patient homes within the designated service area.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.

This position serves assigned patients within our approved service area, which may include Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, Lunenburg, Westminster, Hubbardston, Princeton, Sterling, Holden, Worcester, Lancaster, Clinton, Bolton, Berlin, Boylston, West Boylston, Northborough, Shrewsbury, and other nearby communities

Specific assignments and travel expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.

• $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
