About the Role
Provide direct, intensive critical care for a ventilator- and G-tube–dependent client in a private home.
Manage and monitor complex cardiac, neuro, trauma, MICU, or CVICU needs.
Collaborate with a private care management team to uphold hospital-level standards in a home environment.
Apply your ICU expertise where precision, vigilance, and autonomy are essential.
Requirements
Active NJ RN license (required)
Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience – MICU, CVICU, CCU, Neuro, or Trauma required
BLS & ACLS (required) | CCRN, TNCC, or NIHSS strongly preferred
Proven critical-thinking and ventilator management skills
Compensation & Schedule
$90/hour premium pay
